Sweet Home Santa Barbara

We have been babysitting this week and so for something fun to do we took the kids to the SB fair. It was a blast! It seems like yesterday I was going and meeting up with my junior high friends at the fair.... now I'm taking my baby girl! Time flies! They still have all the same rides and everything. The swings are always a favorite ride- you can see Benji and Belle if you look close.
This was Violet's very first merry-go-round. It was great! We has so much fun!

Weekend in Boston

We had such a fun trip to Boston this past weekend. Cam and I went out to find housing and participate in admit weekend. We weren't able to go to round one because we were still in Shanghai... Violet stayed here in Santa Barbara with my family which was great for her and even though I missed her a lot it made it so we could get everything done that we needed to. We stayed with Anthony and Kristin and they made it so fun for us! We went to a Orioles/ Red Sox game for Anthonys birthday and it was a blast! We are so excited to move out there in August. I am so proud of Cameron for getting accepted to Harvard Business school and so excited for our new life out there!

Rosalie Jane Anderson

Congratulations to my beautiful sister who gave birth to her third baby today. Rosalie Jane was 7 lbs. 14 oz. and has the cutest head of hair. I am so excited about having another niece. Jen is the best sister in the whole world and I just love her kids! It is so fun to have our families growing! Congrats Jen on your beautiful baby girl!

Taylor Swift Fearless concert!

We had so much fun at the Taylor Swift concert last night! She was so cute and had such a great show. We took a road trip down to LA with the fam and had a blast! Great seats! Great songs! Great company! Couldn't ask for a better evening! :) In another life I think I will be a country singer!!
It was great to have some teenies with us so we could get the whole fan effect! Seeing the teenage boys crushed on Taylor reminded me of my Backstreet Boys crush days...
Two things about this outfit. Her boots = amazing! Her bling on her wrist= unreal!!! She had these 3 diamond bracelets that were SO sparkly!! I love diamonds!
It was fun for Cam and I to have a night out! My aunt watched Violet for us so we could go. We missed her terribly but had a really nice time.
Okay so Cam may have been a little sarcastic during the concert considering he was in the minority among teenage girls holding their hearts and singing every word... but I would argue that this picture confirms that he had a good time!
I loved the Romeo and Juliette song! Beautiful! Then she gave away her crown which I totally wanted... I think the next person I know to get married should have a diamond sparkly band around their wedding dress... kind of like this.


Her finale was so fun! She had it raining on stage and she danced around soaking wet. It was pretty cool. Her whole show reminded me of the dance parties I have in my room.

Conference Weekend

I love conference time! My dad has been taking me since I was 8 years old. There is nothing quite as amazing as sitting inside a room full of saints that have all gathered together to listen to the prophet. It is remarkable! I loved every minute of conference and learned so much. It was so fun to be with my entire family!
